air asia poor service and exploitation

as perthe pnr cited above we traveled from cochin to kulalampur by air asia flight,we made advanced booking for chicken and rice for 3 passengers,it was never served,when asked said ground staff error/mistake ?
as per the pnr cited above we have to travel by flight AK 204,unfortunately we coud reach the counter only at 14.30,they informed the counter is closed,recommended flight Ak 246 but instead of changing the ticket,charged 2000+ ringits for 3 tickets.is it fair.instead of helping hapless customers they exploited,this kind of service from worlds best low cast carrier for 3 consecutive years]?.kindly arrange for return of excess fare collected.be kind and helpful to stranded customers.
