Garbage Not Collected

Good afternoon,
My name is Wallace and I am complaining against MPPD, the first time launch a complaint on 2011-07-01, the reply I had was "Terima kasih diatas komen dan cadangan tuan/puan. Pihak Majlis akan memberi maklumbalas dalam masa 3 hari. Sekian, terima kasih" but they never got back to me as stated (3 working days), then I made another complaint on the 2011-07-26, the reply I had was "MPPD telah melaksanakan sepenuhnya kutipan dari rumah seperti dinyatakan dahulu iaitu isnin,rabu dan jumaat. Jadual tempoh kutipan ini adalah standard untuk kawasan ini." I wonder if they (MPPD) observing their contractors movements and if they are really following the above said schedule. Have they (MPPD) gone to this site to visit or at least do a random check at these areas to see if the garbage is really collected. Garbage are overflowing and full of maggots, this gets worst when some stray dogs scatters them everywhere. Whets worst is that the bin near the Pejabat Kesihatan PD situated at Taman Seroja is an eye sore and the smell is really bad. If these carries on I believe that the neighbourhood is going to start disposing their garbage into the sea, which is just 30meters away from them. My second complain is the mosquitoes. I still don't really understand, why is it that they have to wait until death occurs than take action..They have the facilities to fumigate. Why can't they just fumigate all the tamans in PD on a two weekly schedule. Currently the neighbourhood is burning grass to create heavy smoke, egg trays some are taking the advantage to burn the uncollected rubbish to get rid of mosquitoes..Please , Please do something.. Please help keep our environment clean and save. Thank you.

My area for the MPKJ Kajang area also face the same problem....
My house door front full with the garbage worm as the garbage is not collect for almost 2 weeks and really smelly

my area in sg long also the same..last time they come 3 times a week but now only once a week!!!!! it is going to get worse during CNY lol.....who can we call???!!!

haih...we already pay the accessment that include the service of garbage but also no service that provided.
