UNIFI Installation & Services
Today is my UNIFI installation day which I have waited for 3-4 months. I took Annual Leave and wait for them at home.
The Installer GUYS came and did some survey and told me that they are not able to start work as the closest DP POLE to my house is not near enough.
They asked me to go to TMPOINT and complaint. Then they left.
What kind of service / preparation is UNIFI doing to make sure that people get the service??
What is the point of complaining that the TAKE UP RATE IS LOW when you don't have basic infrastructure in place for people to get the service.
I don't know how long it will take for me to get 3-4 poles to my house so that they can connect the cable from the closest DP box.
Terrible experience so far. Might as well just cancel the installation.

Hi Prakash, I have the same bad experience from Unifi installer. First agreed appointment is on Saturday at 2PM. I have to called 3 times to customer service why Unifi installer still not arrive. After few hours, installer called to inform will arrive at 10PM ! finally manage to complete installation at 12:30PM . OMG !
Seriously TM Internet service provider really a disappointment !

TM call center, just pass ur line to another, without solve ur issue, long waiting time. Monopoly biz of course poor service.
