Astro bad service !
this complain was to ASTRO: Here is a c.c version of it:
My Astro services has been down since last Saturday (9th July 2011)- it started with blank screen!. I lodge a report and your tech guy came and so-called solve the problem yesterday and said it was a cable problem but had also change the astro decorder and told me to wait 1 hour to get the signal and services. He came at 7.20pm yesterday and left about 8pm. I waited until 9.30pm but still could not get the services. Message on my tv screen showed 'Invalid sim card. Please insert your sim card or insert your sim card correctly (2) I was so upset and called your cs again and was talking/repeating myself for about 13 minutes (on my handphone) and told to wait another 1/2 hour as they will send the signal . I waited again until 10.30pm,. still same messgae on my tv screen.
I got extremely mad now ! Called your cs (after 4 minutes on line voice mail, )and was ask to do the same thing all over again. Can you see how much of calls i made and lost in value here? I got pissed of as my credit was running real low and i demand your cs to call back. which Asmah did. First she said unable to make outgoing calls (which i know is extremely rubbish)!! Guess what? After 10mins waiting again, she called me back on my cell and told me to go to Melaka Raya Astro office to change my astro card!!!!
So, with all the hassle i have to go tru and even lost contact or rather outdated from the media, i am now demanding a waiver/discount for this 4 days !!! I am seeking for the compensation for the loses of numurous calls made to your CS which i was on hold for more than 10 mins and apparantly repeating myself. So, please consider my request on compensation and get back to me as soon as possible as my astro now is still un-useable !!!!
Yesterday noon, i went to Tmn Melaka Raya Office to change my sim card which was advised by Asmah. Between 2-4.30 pm 2 girls from your CS called me to check but i told them i will only insert the astro card about 7pm when i am back home (after work) which i did. But after waiting 1 hours + also cannot get the services and same mssg displayed as 'Invalid sim card. Please insert your sim card or insert your sim card correctly (2) So, i called again your CS and spoke w Azlan. Guess what? He asked me to go again to Melaka Raya Astro office to change the card again as activation will be made upon card insert to decorder. I told him that i clearly inform the CS at the branch and the 2 girls who called me that i will only be home at about 7PM-8PM and then only i can insert the card. Which they understood.
So why now all the hassle again of me going back to your office for another card swap ???? I have better things to do and ofcoz i am working and dont have the time to keep going back to your office every other day for this push-around!!!!
Last night (12 July 2011) about 10.30 i called Wani and demanded that your mgr called me and so he did. Lou called me and tried to 'fix; the problem but to no avail. He kept on calling me to trouble should or rather update me of the stattus but the last call about 11.45 pm really piss me off agaiin as he told me to go the astro office Melaka Raya for a card swap change again!!! I told him, dont bother coz i think u guys simply dont know what you are doing and think i have so much time to go back to your office again and again.
JUST CANCEL/TERMINATE ALL MY ASTRO SERVICES AND I WILL NOT PAY YOU ANYTHING.
I BELEIVE YOU GUYS OWE ME!!!
If you still want to keep me as your customer then you guys better start working right. Otherwise, you will find more customers terminating your services. Just wait and see.
