Ive read about this in the newspaper lately and would like to know about the public comments.

I personally would really love to see a death penalty for child rapist in Malaysia but I dont think it will be executed. Did you see the report that only 3% of rapists are convicted due to non-evidence? Can't we use DNA? But at least the death sentence rule should be imposed for child rapist to scare them.
