Ain basaro optometry poor service!!!!

Reminder to all!!!!recently visit this shop in subang area ,asking for contact lenses but all no stock.is this a optical shop requirement?????somemore seing there is a staff with long long hair style!!!!!!!!!is this a PROFESSIONAL SHOP???checking eye,the person is not around.while visit,no manner for the other staff is sweeping the floor beside me!!!!!!!!!OH MY GOD!!!!!!I THINK they are professional but is oppsite!!!!!!really feel they wanna to close shop!!!!!!too dissapointed .

yupi agree.i am from that area as well.the OPTOMETRIST which graduate from UKM really like SHIT!!!!!!no KNOWLEDGE at all!!!really dont understand this type of people can graduate from local university......really wonder why????ask more but he lokks like answer different.crazy!!!!

yes.no standard at all for those local graduate.they should do more practice again before they serve ppl.really LOW CLAASSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!somme more 'THIRD CLASS HONOUR' still want show people......really shy!!!!!!!!!!

yes.i pun setuju atas mentioned.i do have a experience for those ukm graduate.they really no experience at all.my prescription was wrong 3 times after they corrected!!!!!now when i see those ukm optometrist avaiable i really run away.....so takut!

recently i passed through this shop and saw that the people in this shop ,i think including with the optometrist were stand outside the corridor with smoking.they looks like very rude.i was wonder why this type people can be reliable?they are really not professional at all.langsung tak ada!haiz,.....lets see how they are going to survive.hopefully this type of professional are "ORIGINAL",not the "FAKE"!god bless them!

Mcm bagus jer org-org yang bagi komen kat atas tu....Ni ker org cara org melayu menegur kesilapan bangsa kite sendiri. Mcm mana bangsa melayu nak maju, kalau bangsa sendiri asyik musnah kan bangsa sendiri...pikir laaa.....jangan hanya pandang pada luaran saja!!!

actually this is not the matter of "bangsa"!we mentioned above matter is just to hope they will improve.no other means.somemore recently hear that they are selling some "fake" branded too.is that true?hopefully they dont!if not this will really "malu".the words Hamba_Allah mentioned"KESILAPAN"is what that we cant accept.is serious.this is our IMAGE.thanks.

Thanks 4 ur opinion...betul tu...tapi cara korang menegur sungguh kurang bersopan. Saya sendiri pun malu nak baca..sebab saya pun bekas graduated jugak...Korang seolah2 merendahkan kebolehan graduated universiti kita..tak kiralah universiti mana pun... Setiap org ada kelemahannya..walaupun belajar setinggi manapun tapi pengalaman dan kesilapan yg mengajar kita lebih berilmu dan berhati2. Kita tak tahu optometri di kedai tersebut punyai pengalaman banyak mana? Kalau tak,buat ape diorang open kedai spec di situ atau diambil bekerja sebagai optometri disitu? Kita jgn menuduh org tanpa usul periksa... Saya dah pergi ke kedai tersebut,saya nak tengok betul ke apa yg korang komplain tu.. saya cuba mengenali pekerja2 nya disitu,saya tengok ok jer org2nya..mmg betul ada dikalangan pekerja mereka ada berambut pjg,smoking dan nampak mcm not profesional tapi tak semestinya hati mereka busuk. Kadang2 org yg kita nampak cantik diluarannya tu lah lebih busuk hatinya. Jgn kita pandang pd luaran sahaja. Setahu saya kedai tersebut baru sahaja dibuka...mesti banyak kelemahannya nak diperbaiki. Lain laaa kedai tu dah buka bertahun2 dan banyak cawangan mcm kedai2 spec lain...boleh laa korang nak komplain mcm2....Dan setahu saya optometri dalam kedai tersebut seorang shj dan tidak smoking dan tidak juga berambut pjg...yg lain tu hanya pekerja. Optometrinya pun ok orgnya,layanannya pun okay.. Mungkin kelemahan kedai tu, pekerjanya kurang menjaga imej.. Lagi satu pasal barang disitu branded atau tidak saya masih buat penilaian..saya tak berani nak buat tuduhan tanpa usul periksa.. Kita sebagai PENGGUNA berhak menilainya dan memilih. Kalau rasa tak puas hati,tak perlu beli..banyak lagi plihan kedai yg boleh korang semua pergi . Betul bukan? Kedai2 lain pun blum tentu juga jual barang branded.. Biasalah, dah nama pun kedai..mesti nak cari untung..kalau betul pun kedai tu tak menjual barang branded why u all tak jumpa secara berdepan buat teguran kepada pemilik kedai tersebut. Saya pun kalau tak puas hati dgn barang yg kita beli, saya on direct jer dgn tokeynya...kan lagi senang. Pikir-pikirkan laaa... Maaf andai saya ada tersilap kata....

i went there few days ago to fix my spectacle.that person charge me RM5.at first i thought is ok,after i went out i think not more than an hour that lens came out again.i went back that shop again,but they already close.i feel a bit angry at that moment.No choice i try again other optical shop at there outside,the person was very good,try to explained to me why the lens still came off.they fix very good,very skillful.somemore he also fix a pair of nose pad for me too AUTOMATICALLY.he even changed my spare glasses nose pad too!and all this is without charges!!!!At time,i was so angry and told him i changed it at back there(AIN BASARO OPTOMETRY),they are OPTOMETRIST!!!! but they charged me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i dont mind if they charge,but pls do thing proffesionally!i feel they are not professional at all!!hopefully everyone take note of this matter!!!!
