Thought that I would have to go to the clinic for dental check up since the nurse said that my appointment is today, 21st march, 10am. It's so coincidence that I'm having study week now, so I decided to come back here all the way from Singapore, with a journey of around 5 hours by train. This morning, on the day of my appointment, 2 hours before my appointment, the nurse from the government clinic called and said that the doctor is having medical leave today. What I want to complain is the way they do their works. How could they tell their patients about postponing the appointments on the day of the appointments? They told me before, no matter where you are, you have to come back for dental check up, and so I do. And now, the appointment is postponed, it means I come all the way back here for nothing. I have a subject consultation at school in Singapore today. My final exam starts this Friday. I didn't mean that by coming back here, my understanding on the subject would decrease, it's just that there was 5 hours of travelling time ( from singapore ) and later 5 hours of travelling time again (back to singapore). Do you know it is very tiring and time-consuming? They should put themselves in the patients' shoes. Think before they speak. I remember I was scolded by them because of my braces problems. It was not my fault. I told them that I am studying in Singapore and cannot make it for every appointment. Last time I followed the appointment and they scolded me in front of so many people. They said I never take care of my teeth. Hello!!! Think before you speak! I've tried by best to take care of it. And now, the appointment thing. 'Good Job!' Now I have to travel back to Singapore to continue my study week there. Thanks to them for letting me have the chance to come back Malaysia for nothing!
