I'm a victim, bought RM10K furnitures from Santorini Conceptual Furniture Sdn Bhd. Reason buying from this shop: saw from newspaper advetisement, thought this co. is different from other shops. It turns up to be the worse buying experience I ever had in my entire life !!!!!

1.) Before paying deposit, sales person Kevin (the boss) said can swap the pillows cover with a 3D cloth. A week after we paid the deposit, he said no, he must have said it wrongly.
2.) He promised goods to be deliver within a month (turns up to be 4 months)
3.) We have to pay RM75 to swap the inner layer paper to normal cloth (Turns up still delivered us paper)
4.) We have to pay RM80 for delivery fee (Which other shop is offering free within klang valley)
5.) We have to pay full payment 3 days before delivery (so that you won't get your money back even if things goes wrong)
6.) He promised to swap the sofa design from left to right & vise versa (Turns up factory build it wrongly, which the sales man never follow up - sales man here refering to he himself, have to send back to factory)
7.) Went to the shop, complaint to a lady called Joanne (Turns up to be Kevin's wife)
8.) Joanne promised replacement of inner layer paper to normal cloth.
9.) We found the inner layer was still paper on final delivery, we complained again and they willing to refund RM75 and complimentary of a small pillow with excuse saying that they factory do not have cloth material for the inner layer. (why can't she inform me about this before the delivery and wait for to find out)
10.) When I get to the shop to collect RM75 from her she said they don't have a similar color pillow
11.) She willing to replace it with other color but giving me 2 pillows (Can't she understand its not about RM75 and no. of pillow?)

Concusion:
1.) We only received our goods a week before chinese new year (ordered in sept)
2.) With inner layer made by paper cloth, 2 different color pillows
3.) Spoil my Chinese new year mood
4.) Very unhappy buying experience, full of empty promises

Advice:
1.) Price tag from Santorini Conceptual Furniture Sdn Bhd is not cheap, almost on par with Lxxxxzo
2.) If you can afford to pay almost the same price, why not buying from other co. which has more branches and more trustworthy?
3.) I even found more complaints from the url: http://www.complain.com.my/entry.php...-have-ever-got!!!! (after the deal)
4.) Please becareful when you shop, do research of the co. from internet, pick a popular co rather than a small shop lot with only 2 branches. (Big co. care about their image, they act upon complaints whereas Santorini Conceptual Furniture Sdn Bhd don't care about it, they only do one time deal with you and that's it.
