Unfair Termination of Service from Maxis/Hotlink!
Maxis/Hotlink has terminated our prepaid phone service without any prior notice.
According to the terms and conditions listed on their website, there should be a 90 days grace period after the phone's credit expire before the number is terminated.
But our phone service was terminated immediately after upon the phone's credit expiry! We have been faithful customers for the past 12 years and are very disappointed with the explanation that Maxis/Hotlink try to offer to us.
The Maxis/Hotlink customer service told us that we can't retrieve our phone number because it has been terminated and on top of that, the RM 100.00 that we have loaded in (on the day of the credit expiry) is also forfeited!
