In Dec 2011, bought a 100% natural latex 3" mattress from Novaroam Design Sdn Bhd (balakong) found hot at my back after lay down, can't sleep. The salesperson said 100% natural latex is cool. The mattress carrying 'Naturaworld' label come with 5yrs warranty but no warranty card. I called the manufacturer- SDW, he said made in balakong, can't help much.
I urge all consumer never try to buy any product there....all fake, cheat products.
