NEVER APOLOGIZE! That is their signature. No matter how long you hold the line when call Customer Service Hotline, even their system down also never even say "Sorry". Only emphasize on the phrase "As I told you". Never ever return your call after promise to call back in 24hrs. Never say "Sorry" after we call back the 2nd reminder about the never return call.

Hey, people pay bills, I pay bills..every month. Why I am getting this type of service. I had these experiences with this bank many years back but I thought they had resolved. But they NEVER. If they can't manage their Customer Service Team that well, can you please outsource to a BPO company?

The above poor services not only experienced by me...my frens and the rest I believe got this poor support and CS from Standard Chartered Bank.

They chase for credit card payments are like loan shark. Never introduce themself. Just ask when you want to pay? And is only a small amount. Can you please don't be so rude?

1300 888 888 this is their customer service hotline. And I am holding their credit cards, how I wish I can terminate as soon as possible.
