UMobile provide a very poor service or i should say no service at all

THeir customer service never be able to reach coz no one will answer your call.

Last month, they over charge me, went to their counter they say reversed for me, this month bill came and stated i am overdue. yet, no way to reach them beside have to make my way down to their center again.

One more thing, their staff told me that Umobile calculate usage on both upload and download. means their 20GB is not only for download instead for both. Means you will be finish your quota very fast within a month even though you just use it for normal email checking without surfing youtube.

I m going to stop their service.
Poor service!!
