i just bought half leather 4Lshape leather sofa from Mitaly urban living furniture shop in puchong and they are under valencia brand. The sales girl called Nicole recommended me two leather sofa, 1 is 4L shape half leather sofa and the other one is leather 3L sofa. The difference is 4L half leathet sofa is Display set. Of caouse, i will buy leather bond sofa.
For me, the 4L half leather sofa is much more comfortable compared to leather bond, but that is still display set. But salesgirl told me that this 4L will send back to Valencia to clean and polish. Definately it will not 100% clean like a new.
Because of this, i decided to buy 4L shape half leather sofa. I paid 30% deposit.
During delivery time, my 4L shape half leather arrived and i have checked the sofa exactly like the day i placed the order. They didn't clean and polish. I mad and i called nicole and she told me they have send to factory to clean. I said i don;t want and nicole said display set not cannot be returned. So, i just paid another 70%.
The purpose i send this messege to all to inform don't ever buy any furniture from the above company.
First, they cheated me :-
1. They saved RM200 for not cleaning my 4L shape sofa.
2. Nicole said they will sent to their factory for cleaning and polishing. Later, i found out they just asked their sore keeper to clean instead sent to JB Valencia factory.
3. No warranty card to give during delivery time, they said they will sent later. How could this happened in Valencia big company

I went to mitaly argued with nicole and in order to relieve my madness. she just sent their two store keeper to help me to clean my 4L sofa.

Do you think i was get cheated.
