EMS - Educational Management Solutions

This company is selling an educational management system to most of the University and college. But they never get their job done, and besides that, they will keep on asking money for your company every month. Till the last payment, they will stop supporting customer.

I'm working in this company at this moment, and i saw how they treat this company. They are irresponsible, and yet, they will just ignore you if you doesn't pay them. A so call Good Product (EMS product or Cobra product) is just cheating people, during the presentation, they will present the system in fantastic way, and yet promise customer that they change follow by customer requirement, but actually it was an empty promise where none of them know. Many customer, such as Taylor College, Nilai College, Real Educational, Stanford College, Sunway College and etc were very angry with this company, but what they can do towards this company? Payment was done, till the end then they realize they have brought a suck product.

No one manage to stop others in trusting this company, but with my complain, i wish i could at least put an alert to you, so that you could double confirm what kind of product that you are getting. Please call to other university for double confirm when you buy EMS product. Besides that, EMS will give you a list of people to call, please don't be too naive to believe EMS that will give you those number that gonna complain about them.

i really really really really agree what that both of you mention about EMS..
i been working at that company many years already and until now the management still sucks like the project..
no different at all, and no changes or improvement for the company..

i really really disappointed with the HR / Management, until now i dont know what they are doing at that company..
how a company can grownth with no experience resource working for them, always hired non experinece staff
and with no proper management to conduct the staff..

i would like to remind all of the institution out there that have not been a victim to this company,
please dont simply trust this company when they present/ persuade the product for you to purchase it...
please check the background of the company.. please go and ask the other institution about how EMS treat their client and the project progress..
try to get the fon number from the institution portal instead of using EMS given number.

I really salute Sunway Educational Group which terminate this company because they can saw in the future this project still will remain in the same stage..
all because of the sweet talker person that promise everything without analyst there capability.
