Swindling Fruit Seller at Mentari Court, PJ

I would like to file a report on a swindling fruit seller which I encountered in Mentari Court so the general public would be on alert. I was there with a friend and saw a lorry selling fruits, so we went down intending to buy some. My friend chose some mangosteens and I chose a custard apple (buah nona). He did not inform us regarding the price per kg and he also did not inform us regarding the weight. He quickly put both in a plastic bag even before we agreed or even telling us regarding the weight or the price and said something which was inaudible. When we made him weigh the fruits, I saw that the total weight was 2.2kg. When I took out my money, he grabbed a RM50 note and gave me back RM8 only. Upon enquiry, he said the mangosteens are charged RM15 per kg. Upon calculation, he had charged us for 2kg of mangosteens and 800g of custard apple even though the total weight of the fruits is 2.2kg only. Furthermore, when we decided to take only 1 kg of the mangosteens and the custard apple, he refused to return the money he had charged us, saying that he has already packed the fruits in a plastic bag and after packing, the fruit cannot be returned. I believe that it is the customer's right, whether the fruits are packed or not. However, after further persuasion, he used foul words on us and also cursed at us saying that we would not make it in life. The lorry is registered under Tan Sing Chiong, 18, Jalan SJ 20, Taman Selayang Jaya, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The lorry is parked in front of the Mentari Court Old Town Kopitiam and I also have a photo of the lorry, its address and the man. We believe that the man took advantage of us, seeing that we are 2 girls and are merely students at that. Please help us inform the public regarding this unscrupulous man to avoid him cheating other unsuspecting students in the area because there is a high concentration of students there.

Please note that I am not concerned about the refund of money here, I am complaining so that the public (especially students frequenting the area)is made aware of this man and his unethical and rude way of doing business and of his taking advantage of the situation. I am very sure that if there was a male with us or older adults, he would not have done otherwise.
