Bad taxi service

I usually take taxi from KL to Cyberjaya, they charge me 35~40 by meter, or 50 fix price.
But today from KLCC to CBJ, one taxi driver charged me 235RM by meter!
I didn't realize it, but when we were in MAJU express highway, I saw the meter jumped like 1RM per meter!
I think he changed the meter. Does anyone know how to complain directly to his company.
The taxi number is HWC6761.
