Dear Sir,

I bought a Tissot Automatic Watch from Tissot boutique in Mid valley mega mall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ( the Hour and Minutes Sdn bhd) on 25th Jan. The watch stopped every time I was not wearing it from day 1. I went to the same showroom only to be rudely told that the watch can only be repaired.
