I have a made a compliant in AEON credit service. Aeon credit staff by the name Anderson (manager)from Kuching branch have not come back to me on the feedback. I made the complaint last year Dec 2011 and Anderson told me that he will revert back to me this January 2012 but no feedback or phone call. I called him again last week and he promised to call me back this week but no update. Do i need to call them everytime for the feedback?
