Dead Mouse (with it's head separated from it's body) found on the floor at A&W Restaurant (Kota Damansara). The customers immediately informed the staff at A&W Kota Damansara when they saw the dead mouse laying on the floor. However, to their surprise, the staff at A&W Kota Damansara completely ignored the customers and also this unhygienic situation.
