My Astro services has been down since last Saturday (9th July 2011)- it started with blank screen!. I lodge a report and your tech guy came and so-called solve the problem yesterday and said it was a cable problem but had also change the astro decorder and told me to wait 1 hour to get the signal and services. He came at 7.20pm yesterday and left about 8pm. I waited until 9.30pm but still could not get the services. Message on my tv
