TNB is really nonsence by making money, they can just come to your house and say how come your month electricity bills is so low ' like Myr 30 to 40+)
so they send people to look and change the meter.
Suddenly they back charge us back to Jan 2011 till now the bills based on the new meter reading.
Where they change the meter in Begining of Jun 2011. But charge me based on Jan 2011 ready and using the new rate as the consumption during the month is high.
What is it ???
