TNT - 10 days express delivery service.

I spent RM125.00 to send a mail via MBE by using TNT service.

After I found out that the letter remained in transit after 3 days. I called TNT. I called them for many times. I got different answer each time.

First time, the customer service officer told me that the letter has already reached the destination hub, just pending for delivery to door address.

Second time, another customer service officer told me that the letter is yet to reach the destination
