I am resident of PPR. One year ago, I complained to the management office of vandalism in empty units which the tenant moved out.
Complained on (Empty units)
1) The main door locks damaged
Some of the residents throw rubbish in the units.
2) Toilet Pipe damaged
The dirty smell and dirty shit flowing out from the main door up
Details Parcel tracing not longer available in www.pos.com.my.
My customer complaint have not receive the parcel after 1 month..sent from Malaysia to Tanzania by air.
Contacted customer service pos malaysia. Just told me that the parcel have sent out from Malaysia on 24/12/2010. Delivery is 15 working days. She to me that it's unable to trace further by them and told me to go POS Office to filled RMP 67 form - Parcel Tracking Form.. and said that he form not available
