i have registered for VIP5 plan on 30 Jan 2012 but till now no one call me on confirming the date of installation.

I have call many times, most of the time were answered by answering machine and it kept me hours to get people to pick the phone. Finally i managed to talk to the person from TM. The person told me to wait till they call me.. Till now for 5 days, i have not received any call from TM to confirm the installation date.

I have no internet access and land line ...

The giant in taman connaught is the only giant that I have been to that has a parking fee. Even though it is only RM1 per entry, but I am not sure if the parking is legal or illegal. About a year ago, there was a barrier at the gate of the parking, then one of the uniform bodies in malaysia came to take it out. Few months later, they reconstructed it and started collecting money for parking again. The current people don't have company name printed on the parking ticket and on the parking booth. ...

The Co. refused to cancel and refund my cancellation.
I have duly cancelled the agreement on the 08.04.2011, however, I was not able to notify the bank on this date as I did not know which bank will approve my loan. Further the approving bank did not notify me. In view that I have not utilised the services of the Golden Horse Palace Berhad and Golden Horses Health Sanctuary – Health Screening Programme, I should not be made to pay the RM6,000-00.

I have a made a compliant in AEON credit service. Aeon credit staff by the name Anderson (manager)from Kuching branch have not come back to me on the feedback. I made the complaint last year Dec 2011 and Anderson told me that he will revert back to me this January 2012 but no feedback or phone call. I called him again last week and he promised to call me back this week but no update. Do i need to call them everytime for the feedback?

I like to make a complaint on MPkj. My garbage has not been collect for over 2 weeks. The weird thing is my neighbours' bin have been collected but not ours. I have no clue why it's so when all my garbage are domestic and well bagged. I have emailed, called, and sms to En Fadzir but no action taken. We have never have this problem with Alam Flora before.

This can only happen in Malaysia, I bought online an ipad (serial No.DQTFRH1PDKPH) on July 2011, In December I accidently drop my ipad and the screen was seriously cracked. I bought it to an Apple authorised dealer ( EpicCentre@IOI Puchong – Afor Sdn Bhd)as the product was still under warranty for repair.
On 6th Jan 2012, I called the dealer enquiring about the outcome and to my utter disbelief and shock was told that the cost of repair is RM2379 (USD755).A brand new ipad cost RM1499 (USD476) ...

I've always filled up my car with Petronas RON97, last night I filled my tank up at Petronas station jalan ampang (from ampang point, it is located next to Shell station near Ampang Point before Chevrolet showrrom and Gleneagles hospital). After filled up, the car sounded like i just filled the tank up with either RON95/Diesel and worst now that I am hearing a more clanking sound. I just call up the office to check my parcel status and the person in-charge was so rude and unprofessional. He was so impatient and rude to me from the beginning of the conversation until the end. I was invited for a 45 mins health talk by sunway healthy lifestyle in sunway medical centre few months ago. After the talk we were shown a plan to purchase. We were not interested and were given a gift for coming. We were given 2 entry tickets (1 adult & 1 child) to sunway lagoon. The ticket had a serial number and authorised signature on it It also had logo of sunway lagoon, sunway international vacation club & sunway healthy lifestyle. We have previously attended a Furniture Fair at Tropicana mall, and made an order with Dunlopillo for a package. The sales person (Johnny) told us that the package comprises of bed frame, mattress and free gift (bolster & Akemi protector).
