TNB Unfair Rate Calculation - Be aware of estimation billing!!!

Rating: 2 votes, 5.00 average.
TNB practised estimated billing for some of the housing / residential area.
I had got my April and May billed to me based on estimation. When I had the June bill, it stated previous meter reading as at April and current as per today. Since the meter reading was 3 months ago, definitely the accumulated consumed units was beyond 600 units.

Rate - Below 600 units is RM 0.218
Rate - Beyond 600 units RM 0.334

For my case, I have been charged using the unfair rate 0.334, but the bill only deducted the capture amount for April and May, which were calculated based on 0.218.

Apparently, I was billed extra for the unit above 600KWH threshold. That is RM 0.116 x units beyond 600 (0.334-0.218), which was not belong to single month consumption of electricity.

I have written to Encik Yusoff at Prai TNB, there has no reply and response so far.
I wonder how much TNB had earned for this unfair calculation billing method.

All these privatized companies are big bullies to the nation. We can't do anything. Yes, they earned so much from this "miscalculation" and the government is doing nothing to stop them because some individuals are earning too, I think. I lodged a complaint and about my miscalculation and they asked me to go home and wait for next few bills! and they took so long to solve my case. so sad..

We have blackout every month. Do they give compensation for our losses? Yeah, I wish..
No warning given to us. Another irresponsible company.

I have gotten the key to my new house and I have not even shifted in till now but our recent electricity bill is RM 400+ . Are they really working? How could things like this happen. Do they really come and update the meter reading? Hope that this mattter can be taken up seriously to improve our country.
