Dear Sir,

I bought a Tissot Automatic Watch from Tissot boutique in Mid valley mega mall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ( the Hour and Minutes Sdn bhd) on 25th Jan. The watch stopped every time I was not wearing it from day 1. I went to the same showroom only to be rudely told that the watch can only be repaired. I left the watch with the, and demanded to be replaced with either the same or any other watch of equal value. Today upon followup I was told that watch needs some repair and will be given to me after a week. How can a new watch have issues ? It should be replaced. Please help.
