AEON has yet to cancel my card even though I have duly cancelled it.

Re: Card No. 4181 3401 0155 2902 in the name of Ching Neng Bin

I write to advise and confirmed as follows:

I have since cancelled the card by cutting it into half and sent back
to your office by post after a month of receipt as I do not need it.
I have also since moved to another house, hence, I do not receive
your statement until now.

The card was never activated or utilized during the one month of receipt.
Please check at your end and confirm.

In view of the above consideration and that the card was duly cancelled, I
would appreciate if you would kindly cancel the card and waive your charges
under advice to me.
