I have a made a compliant in AEON credit service. Aeon credit staff by the name Anderson (manager)from Kuching branch have not come back to me on the feedback. I made the complaint last year Dec 2011 and Anderson told me that he will revert back to me this January 2012 but no feedback or phone call. I called him again last week and he promised to call me back this week but no update. Do i need to call them everytime for the feedback?
My wife receive sms from Aeon Credit saying that her loan amount RM5000 is approved and request her to walk in any branch with IC to acknowledge the agreement. But she did not apply the loan and everytime the telesales ppl call, she will decline the offer. I called up the Aeon customer service but they could not give me proper explanation on the loan application. They told us the application came from Kuching branch. I called up the kuching branch and handle by a girl with poor customer service. I requested to speak to the manager and Anderson attended the call. Even Anderson unable to provide me proper explanation on the loan application. I even asked to show me the application form or the voice recording saying that we have applied for the loan but there was no record. He suppose to revert back to me but still then no reply from them.
Personally, I'll consider this as a fraud as Aeon is using their customer details to produce fake application. Whereby Aeon is misusing customer details.
Or is this Aeon's strategic to promote your loan by sending such sms?
I'm planning to make a police report as Aeon misuse customer details and forward this complaint to NCCC if Aeon fail to provide me proper explanation
