I had a very bad experience with Airpak-Express Courier Service company in Ipoh Branch.
I just call up the office to check my parcel status and the person in-charge was so rude and unprofessional. He was so impatient and rude to me from the beginning of the conversation until the end. He shouted at me like it was all my fault. I was still politely speak to him. At the end of the conversation he shouted even louder and hang up the phone before i finish my words. I leave post on their Facebook's fanpage but it was deleted within a minute and never apologize to me or reply me as nothing happen. Is this the right way for service line company to serve their customer??? As a consumer i think we deserved to be treated fairly and respectfully. I was really disappointed.
