I feel sad in working in this company, and yet i'm in a delima. Should i follow the procedure in resigning or just follow my other ex-colleague leave EMS in the silent mode, which means, just leave EMS without telling them, i'm going to resign.

The reason why most of my ex-colleague leave EMS without giving proper notice is because, they will hold your salary when you resigned. One of my senior, she doesn't get her salary till now, which is today, 16th November 2011, just because she given her resignation letter on Oct 2011. What kind of company is this? They even miss out 3 months EPF to my account.

As what i can say, i regret in joining this company, cause the issue that happen to my colleague, is actually happen to most of my ex-colleagues.

    Hi,

    "Hold your salary when you resigned." ??? is it true ????

    For example: resign at 1st October , until middle of November haven't pay last month salary ?

    btw does your ex-colleague talk to in-charge person or not ?
    but I don't think resign in "silent mode" is a best solution, your ex-colleague should talk to HR / Payroll in-charge person is better .....

    i suggest just go without giving any notice, you know why i suggest this way to you??
    because im one of the victim.. following all the procedure of the company, but end up did not get my last salary until now.. already 5 month.. beside that the EPF also been not be paid..

    the more you follow the rule of the company, the more you been fool by the company...
    the management and HR was really2 have bad attitude to the colleague..
    they give a lot of excuses to me regarding the paycheck..

    most of my colleague, have to suffer when they want to resign.. because some of them did not get paid for years.. especialy EPF... be aware of this company...

    i advised anyone, please investigate this company before you join this company..

    Not only join.. think proper before buy any product from them... .. they are not professional as a software and system company...So call an education management company. But never proper study what customer request..Just provide what they currently have and never provide solution to the customer.

    The head of programmer is a coward.. never provide solution to the subordinate. Just let them face to the customer.

    Hi JennyPearl...saw ur complaint quite late now...anyhow if you have already move on...and still not paid EPF like what you have mentioned...you and all your ex-collegues can lodge to the government to close this company down or even bring them to court if found they go against the labour law. This company is blood sucker and all the company director and CTO & CEO should goto JAIL for this. This is nothing new...they have repeated it in past years as well....

This company is blood sucker and all the company director and CTO & CEO should goto JAIL for this. This is nothing new...they have repeated it in past years as well....
