I walked into the Subway outlet of Taman Tun Dr Ismail on the night of the 18/8/2010 at 11.25pm to take-away the special of the day. To my shock, the staff informed me that they were out of the items to prepare the sandwich and that i should order something else. The outlet closes at midnight and i think that they should honour what they promise their customers. I felt as thought i was cheated into going there after driving for half and hour to get there. I feel that Subway's advertisement is very misleading. I even left a note on their International website but received no response.

    I have also had bad experience at this restaurant. I came with a promotion coupon for a free 6" sandwich with the purchase of another 6" sandwich and a drink. When selecting my two sandwiches, there was a sign on the counter showing about six types of bread available, and the last type of bread shown was a wrap. There was also another sign saying "Convert your sub to a wrap at no extra cost". So I chose to get one of my sandwiches with Italian bread and the other one as a wrap. When I got to the counter, the staff refused to accept my coupon on the grounds that a wrap is not a sandwich! They even had no pity when I revealed that I didn't have enough money to pay for the two sandwiches without the coupon. They made me go downstairs to find an ATM to withdraw more money. How shameful! I will never eat there again.
