Kong SIng Trading is an autogate and alarm/security supplier and service. They overcharge you for installation(30% higher) and when it comes to service, it's worse because the price will be more than the original. I have to call Kong Sing trading every 6 months to repair my autogate and alarm system. Moreover the staffs there(the lady boss) talks like mafia and she will ask you to wait for them to call back, which takes about 2 weeks. If you call them, they will give you heaps of excuses like holidays ...

Recently, I bought a pair of bulbs from http://www.powerbulbs.com.

The parcel arrived but it wasn't delivered to me or anyone from my house.

The worst thing is the bulbs were missing.

Power bulbs told me to check with POS LAJU but shouldn't power bulbs need to ensure it's product reaching the hand of it's buyer.

Actually i get my TNB bill monthly is about RM200 ++ to RM400++ since 2009, but started 2011 jan i doesn't received for 2/3 months so i think something go wrong and check with TNB. After that the bill send to me but this time is negative sign, say that TNB owing me about -RM900++. They ask me not to worry, after all is in estimation bill and they will adjust back later. so all the while i received after that is in minus sign. Until 2011 August, i get my TNB bill in RM7k. i get shock in this figure.. ...

What i want to complaint is why is it that the autorities refuse to respond to reports made by victims of scam.
I feel is unfair to allow scammers to act freely and spoil the name of my country Malaysia. I reported a case where my so called internet friend was retained by so called custom and immigrtion. But what the authorities said is I was scammed and what makes me angry is the officer in chaarge screamed and raise her voice while questioning.
Why can't they run a search as this ...

My letter to TNB
My usage per month according to TNB is more than RM1K in which I complain and they ignore. They insisted I used as such.
Working couple with scholling children in a link house can actually use that amount.
Stupidity begets stupidity - this I am referring to myself

Is there a point in setting a careline when we meet with yr rep in TNB store they don’t even care??????????

It has been months that I am using credit balance from Citibank Credit Ready account to pay my Citibank credit card.

Today, I am not able to do that due to recent system enhancement which customer service officer told me.
He advice me that I need to add a new payee and then 'activate' the payee in the Citibank Online.

I couldn't find the 'activate' function and call back Citibank customer service officer who told me that there is no function to transfer fund ...

I am a tenant at Lagoon Perdana Apartment located at Bandar Sunway, Subang Jaya for the past 2 years++ and currently having a lot of problem with the management here.
