  1. Aeon Credit

    I have a made a compliant in AEON credit service. Aeon credit staff by the name Anderson (manager)from Kuching branch have not come back to me on the feedback. I made the complaint last year Dec 2011 and Anderson told me that he will revert back to me this January 2012 but no feedback or phone call. I called him again last week and he promised to call me back this week but no update. Do i need to call them everytime for the feedback?

  2. Unifi Service - What a disappointment

    I am/was a Streamyx customer since 2005. I decided to upgrade to Unifi last August, and finally in October the installation team came to my place to sort things out. I was given the TV, phone, internet, etc, happy customer, and a blue form that contains my internet password. No problem with the service all this time, connection is great, but suddenly yesterday a received a shocker:

  4. Garbage not collected

    I like to make a complaint on MPkj. My garbage has not been collect for over 2 weeks. The weird thing is my neighbours' bin have been collected but not ours. I have no clue why it's so when all my garbage are domestic and well bagged. I have emailed, called, and sms to En Fadzir but no action taken. We have never have this problem with Alam Flora before.

  5. Forget about Apple Product === No repair

    This can only happen in Malaysia, I bought online an ipad (serial No.DQTFRH1PDKPH) on July 2011, In December I accidently drop my ipad and the screen was seriously cracked. I bought it to an Apple authorised dealer ( EpicCentre@IOI Puchong – Afor Sdn Bhd)as the product was still under warranty for repair.
    On 6th Jan 2012, I called the dealer enquiring about the outcome and to my utter disbelief and shock was told that the cost of repair is RM2379 (USD755).A brand new ipad cost RM1499 (USD476)

  6. Petronas Station Jln Ampang

    I've always filled up my car with Petronas RON97, last night I filled my tank up at Petronas station jalan ampang (from ampang point, it is located next to Shell station near Ampang Point before Chevrolet showrrom and Gleneagles hospital). After filled up, the car sounded like i just filled the tank up with either RON95/Diesel and worst now that I am hearing a more clanking sound.   8. Rude and unprofessional service

    I had a very bad experience with Airpak-Express Courier Service company in Ipoh Branch.
    I just call up the office to check my parcel status and the person in-charge was so rude and unprofessional. He was so impatient and rude to me from the beginning of the conversation until the end. He shouted at me like it was all my fault. I was still politely speak to him.   9. Do not trust any form of invitation from Sunway Healthy Lyifestyle or member company

    I was invited for a 45 mins health talk by sunway healthy lifestyle in sunway medical centre few months ago. After the talk we were shown a plan to purchase. We were not interested and were given a gift for coming. We were given 2 entry tickets (1 adult & 1 child) to sunway lagoon. The ticket had a serial number and authorised signature on it It also had logo of sunway lagoon, sunway international vacation club & sunway healthy lifestyle.   10. Complaint Dunlopillo@Tropicana City Mall

    We have previously attended a Furniture Fair at Tropicana mall, and made an order with Dunlopillo for a package. The sales person (Johnny) told us that the package comprises of bed frame, mattress and free gift (bolster & Akemi protector).

    Last month we have been to Dunlopillo suite in Tropicana Mall, and looking for item that suit us. We have chosen a Dunlopillo mattress package and the sales person quote us for RM 4500.

  11. Maxis wireless broadband cheating customers at broad daylight

    I have just bought maxis wirelss broadband that comes with the huawei dongle. I have tried to install on 5 laptops and only 1 laptop works and the only one that works only give me 100kbps speed(checked with speedtest) for my RM198 plan! My mistake for not testing the dongle and their speed before commit.

    Calls to their customer service only gave me reason that I'm not near to their service area! Maxis is cheating customers with bad dongle and slow speed. I really hope the government ...
  12. Worst and Rude Customer Service from Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia

    NEVER APOLOGIZE! That is their signature. No matter how long you hold the line when call Customer Service Hotline, even their system down also never even say "Sorry". Only emphasize on the phrase "As I told you". Never ever return your call after promise to call back in 24hrs. Never say "Sorry" after we call back the 2nd reminder about the never return call.

  13. MBF & AM BANK TREATENING CALL

    Today i received a call which really shocked me out of my wits. Out of nowhere someone calls me and says i have debt with cards with Am Bank amounting to 70K which i nearly fainted hearing about it and treatened me to issue a bankruptcy if i dont pay now. Me a single monther slogging day and night without a proper job to fend my son who is only 7 years old.

  14. SILVER X- game shop in SUMMIT USJ. Don't EVER buy anything from here.

    I recently bought a PS3 from this shop around July 2011. Around September 2011, my ps3 started to shut down on its own automatically after on it for around 5 minutes. When I take it back to repair after discovered the problem, I was informed that my warranty does not cover parts, so I would need to pay for the parts.
